Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of IsMySiteUpOnline. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

IsMySiteUpOnline checks websites and related services you add (uptime, SSL certificates, DNS records, domain expiry, sitemaps, broken links, health endpoints and TCP ports) and alerts you when something looks wrong. It is operated by Stefanescu Mihai, Romania (Bucharest, Romania).

Acceptable use

• Only add sites, domains and servers that you own or are authorised to monitor.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe other systems, to reach private networks, or to get around limits of your plan.
• Do not interfere with the service or other users, and do not break the law.

Accounts

You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the settings page.

Plans, billing and cancelling

There is a free plan and paid plans, which are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan limits (number of sites, check interval) are shown on the pricing section of our home page. You can change plan, update your card or cancel from the billing page. Upgrades are charged immediately (prorated for the rest of the period); downgrades are credited on your next invoice. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. When you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately and the unused part of the period is not refunded.

No guarantee

We work to make the service reliable, but we cannot promise that every outage, certificate problem or other issue will be detected, or that every alert will be delivered. Checks run at intervals, and email, chat or webhook delivery depends on services outside our control. Do not rely on IsMySiteUpOnline as your only safeguard.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or lost data, arising from the use of the service or from an undetected issue or missed alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular abusive use, and we will tell you why where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply to you.
